Windows XP : -Device Manager access & Navigation.
There are 3 ways you can access "Device Manager" in Windows XP depending on the desktop theme you are in. The first one that comes to mind is to Right click "My Computer" icon on the desktop. But the "My Computer" icon may not be present on the desktop if you havent either changed the Start up menu or desktop themes., click desktop themes to learn about themes.
