Windows XP : -Create a Diaup connection.
Check to make sure the customer is in the Classic Theme frist before going thru this walk thru, Click here to check Desktop Themes and then come back. Open up the "Control Panel" and then go into "Network Connections" in and click on "Create a new connection in the upper left corner of the left navagation bar. You may need to have the customer click on the up arrow (indicated below in YELLOW) to expand the window to show it.
