Windows XP top 3 Tips:
#1. If your wanting to get all the customers Network information such as their IP address, the Default gateway IP they are getting, the DNS server IP they are getting ect ect ect Click here.

#2. Alot of technicians and customers new to Windows XP I've found are having diffulculty navigating with each other over the phone. This is due to the XP desktop theme which is after the OS installation the default desktop them. OK listen up go here to see what the 2 desktop themes look like and how to switch the two.

#3. You DO NOT have to reboot after Uninstalling or reinstalling a device from within "Device Manager". I actually recommend that you dont due to the fact that Windows XP will not during reboot give you control of the reinstalling of the drivers for the device removed. After Uninstalling just simply go to the "Add New Hardware Wizard".
