TIPS:
Windows 2000 & XP dont have winipcfg. To check or Release and Renew the ip address in Windows 2000. You have to go to a DOS Prompt (Command Prompt). Try the following , Go to "Start" then up to "Run" and type in "command". A DOS Prompt will appear, then type in the following to release the ip, "ipconfig / release all" this will release the ip. then type in "ipconfig /renew all". and there ya GO! In Windows XP
go to Repair or you can still use the above instructions as well.

As far as Netscape is concerned the screenshots are from a cross between Netscape and Mozilla. Netscape is based on Mozilla so basically its the same browser.
