OK Ironically I searched the NET for hours and could not find any screenshots to show how to turn off the Preview pain in either Outlook 97 or 98...hmmmmmm I find that strange. But anyway this is how I THINK you can.
For Outlook 97: I belive you go to View menu from the menu bar along the top of the screen. And there you will see Preview pane.
Below is what Outlook 97 looks like with the Preview on.
For Outlook 98; Tools menu, click on Options and then select the Other tab. You will then see the Preview Pane button and options. PS. Anyone have the screenshots to this please email them to me!
