Power Off No power Verify power supply connections and electrical outlet, also make sure the outlet is not connected to a switch
Sync off/Blinking no downstream cable signal/ Looking for Cable signal Verify cable connections and try resetting the modem.  If cable is ok & modem reset doesn’t work, call technical support.
Solid None Solid for the Cable Modem registered and ready to transfer data
10/100 Off Modem does not ‘see’ the PC Verify Ethernet cable connections, the TCP/IP settings and the NIC. You might need to reinstall the NIC drivers.  If any of this does not work, call technical support.
Solid None PC has Ethernet connection
USB Off/ Blinking Modem does not ‘see’ the USB connection to the  PC Verify USB cable connections, the TCP/IP settings and the USB drivers. You might need to reinstall the USB drivers.  If  this does not work, call technical support.
