Ericsson HM200 Series-Internal Cable Modem pages - Page descriptions
For now this description page of the Internals for the DM204c/5c/6c will have to do. Anyone have these email them to me.
The PipeLine Portal is an interactive interface built into your PipeRider Enhanced Security cable modem. It allows you to configure the security of your system, view real time diagnostic information, and update/upgrade your firewall features.
You can access the PipeLine Portal by typing http://my.piperider in the address bar of your browser at any time. Once you're connected to the PipeLine Portal, it is recommended that you bookmark the page to make it quick and easy to return to in the future. There are four main sections of the PipeLine Portal:
Configuration
Diagnostics
Updates
Upgrades
Configuration;
The Configuration page allows you to view and change the security level of your system. Refer to the Security Features and Levels section of this User Guide for a description of the configuration options. If you have purchased an advanced security feature from SofaWare, your options may differ from those described herein.
Diagnostics;
The Diagnostic page displays real time information that can be very helpful in troubleshooting problems you may encounter. The data on this page includes;
Modem Information
Serial and Product numbers
Software and Hardware versions
Security Feature Status
Interface Status
Component Addresses (IP, MAC, DHCP)
CPE MAC Addresses
Initialization Status
Upstream and Downstream Signal Values
Updates;
As new Internet-dependent applications are introduced to the market, updated versions of the firewall become available to support these applications. These updates are free of charge to PipeRider cable modem users. To ensure that your firewall is up-to-date, it is highly recommended that you periodically download the latest version. Instructions for download and implementation can be found in the Updates section of the PipeLine Portal
Upgrades;
Advanced security features are available directly from SofaWare. You can upgrade to allow multiple security levels, flexible access control policy, and intrusion logging and reporting.
If supported by your cable service provider, you can upgrade to Managed Services. These services include such features as automatic firewall updates and content filtering . Content filtering enables you to control the type of content that can be downloaded from the Internet to your computer.
I will as soon as I get them I will post the screenshots of these Internal pages, but Ive spent probably over 20 hours lookign (NO KIDDING) with no luck as of yet.....I'll find em, I always do.
